LIPONIZER® for Liposome production
Liposome drug is manufactured through two processes;
-Hydration and dispersion of lipids and API solution
-Controlling particle size of liposome by filtration
LIPONIZERs® is an equipment specially designed to control particle size of liposome efficiently in large production. Particle size of the liposome can be controlled by selecting pore size of membrane filter.
NOF offers various types of LIPONIZERs®, also various applications are available depending on customers’requests such as;
-A pilot system which includes the emulsifying vessel for the hydration and dispersion
-A system for the validation such as CIP and SIP
NOF supplies LIPONIZER® with various feed-tanks, which have appropriate sizes for customer’s liposome manufacturing.
